AgenQA is an AI-powered testing agent for web applications that automatically generates and runs tests. The Service provides both free and paid plans with different request limits.

1.3 User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when using the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
  • You must not use the Service to test applications you do not own or have permission to test

1.4 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

AgenQA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages.

1.6 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

1.7 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Free Plan

The free plan does not involve any payment and therefore no refunds apply.

3.2 Starter, Scale, and Pro Plans

Refunds are not generally available for Starter, Scale, and Pro plans. However, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion for technical issues on our side that prevent the normal use of the Service, subject to the following conditions:

  • The technical issue must be caused by our system (such as inability to login to your account, inability to use the requests included in your subscribed plan, or similar technical problems on our side)
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of subscribing to the plan
  • No more than 50 requests must have been used on the account
  • The request must include screenshots or videos demonstrating the technical problem that prevents using the application
  • We must be unable to provide a solution within 72 hours of receiving the refund request
  • Refunds will not be issued if your web application is not supported by our Service
  • Refunds will not be issued for issues related to user error, misunderstanding of features, or dissatisfaction with results
  • The technical problem must be reproducible and verifiable by our technical team
Important: We strongly recommend testing compatibility with your web application using our free plan before subscribing to ensure our Service meets your requirements.

3.3 Other Relationships

This refund policy does not cover other kinds of relationships between AgenQA and a company outside of the plans that can be subscribed on this website, which are regulated by separate contracts.

3.4 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to your paid features until that time.
